Flo-Coat® galvanized tubing provides an aesthetically pleasing finish, along with advanced levels of corrosion protection. It could be painted, or powder coated with little advance preparation. The cold forming process delivers higher strength properties and carries a minimum 50ksi yield and 55ksi tensile strength on many products. Flo-Coat® tubing is capable of being fabricated using several different methods including hole punching, cutting, flattening, bending and more without the degradation of the coatings.

Gatorshield® galvanized steel tubing is manufactured using the same advanced processing technique as Flo-Coat®. Gatorshield® galvanized steel tubing has a thicker zinc layer, providing superior levels of corrosion protection. In addition to its longevity, the cold forming process delivers higher strength levels than other competitive products. Gatorshield® carries a minimum 50ksi yield and 55ksi tensile strength on many sizes.

Hot Dipped – Consists of uncoated mechanical tube, standard pipe or HSS profiles that are post hot-dipped galvanized, either in straight lengths or after fabrication.

Uncoated – We offer a variety of uncoated/bare products, including mechanical tube, standard pipe and HSS profiles, using HRPO, CRCQ or HRB substrates.

Telespar® Square tubing designed to telescope together and available in two standard finishes, galvanized or plain with a lightly oiled surface, available with and without pre-punched holes.

Pre-Galvanized – Mechanical tubing produced using pre-galvanized steel, which is then formed into the desired profile. Coating thicknesses include G30, G60, G90, and G120.

DOM tubing produced to A513/5 is a welded and drawn mechanical tube providing high mechanical properties for durability, smooth ID and OD surfaces, and tight tolerances to reduce or eliminate additional machining. Standard available grades are 1020, 1026 and St52.3.
